1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and hzh88 (hereinafter referred to as "hzh88", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at hzh88.cam.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the hzh88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet tokens or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering and release conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or other account actions are processed.
• "Platform" means the hzh88 website, mobile-optimised interface and any associated services operated under the hzh88.cam domain.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the hzh88 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm the minimum age requirement that applies to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hzh88 or any related responsible gambling programme.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

hzh88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the hzh88 Platform. Opening duplicate, linked or related accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

4.2 Registration Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address during registration. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. hzh88 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hzh88 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) obligations. Acceptable documents for verification purposes may include:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of address document dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required by hzh88's compliance team

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. hzh88 may also apply enhanced due diligence measures for high-value accounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

4.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any wager placed using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was placed by you or an unauthorised third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. hzh88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

Familiar payment references commonly used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear on the Platform for general context. These payment providers are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or support, hzh88 or any gambling activity.

5.2 Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies. Exchange rates applicable to currency conversions are set by hzh88 and may differ from prevailing market rates. Any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of hzh88's compliance team.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the relevant balance component is eligible for withdrawal.
• hzh88 reserves the right to apply processing times of up to five (5) business days for standard withdrawals, and longer for enhanced due diligence cases.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per time period are specified within the Platform cashier section. hzh88 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to stagger large withdrawal amounts across multiple payment cycles.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of hzh88. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity, system abuse or odds errors.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the odds at that point are binding. hzh88 offers markets across a wide range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and MMA.

6.3 Palpable Errors

hzh88 reserves the right to void any wager where odds or market terms were published in error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's Account balance. hzh88 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from wagers placed on erroneous odds.

6.4 Settlement of Wagers

Wagers are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body, league or competition organiser. In cases of disputed results, hzh88's decision — made in good faith with reference to available official sources — is final. Settlement may be delayed where results are subject to official review or protest.

6.5 Abandoned & Postponed Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided by the relevant governing body, hzh88 will apply its standard settlement rules for the affected market. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the hzh88 Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms. hzh88 reserves the right to specify which markets and bet types contribute to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

hzh88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk combination bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements; coordinating wagers with other players to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, hzh88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the relevant Account.

7.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

hzh88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where an active promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, reasonable notice will be provided and any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original wagering conditions stated at the time of credit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the hzh88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, latency advantages or technical vulnerabilities in any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person using your Account, or allowing another person to use your Account credentials.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to defraud hzh88 or any other player through any means.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other circumvention methods.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any harmful, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content through any communication feature of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hzh88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, data compilations and odds presentations — is the intellectual property of hzh88 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of hzh88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hzh88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, delays in settlement or other Platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond hzh88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party service outages or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform, including losses arising from wagers placed on incorrect information.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

11 Privacy & Data

hzh88 collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at hzh88.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC/AML obligations and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gambling

hzh88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following self-management tools within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a specified duration of play.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.2 Suspension or Termination by hzh88

hzh88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority

Where an Account is terminated for breach, hzh88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the verified balance will be returned.

14 Amendments

hzh88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the hzh88.cam homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hzh88 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by hzh88.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani gambling law may affect the enforceability of certain provisions and accept full responsibility for compliance with locally applicable legislation.
